Thanks for setting me straight about the options expiring next week.

In that case I make the following prediction:

1)No good news from Vivus and we close next Friday at 5

2)Good news from Vivus and we close at 7.5

Remember, the stocks price must close at a level that will screw over those playing the options. Just study the past history on this stock as relating to options and expiration dates and you will see that it has held true to this theory.
