True enough, the officers are listed in the web database, but I do not believe that they list all directors there. I have heard that information can be requested from the Secretary of State of Nevada, but I do not think that the articles of Incorporation are among the documents that you can get information on. If you also go to the Secretary of State's page there, you can find a list of "advantages" to incorporating in Nevada. As far as I can see the real advantages are to the Officers, directors, founders and owners of the majority interest. Not at all friendly to the interests of the common shareholder.
