Barrington vs. Sunoma. Sunoma is once again trying to steal a company on the cheap. Luckily I sold my shares of Barrington last year at about $6 per share. Present shareholders must be outraged, particularly the ones that forked out $6 for 5.8 million shares back in October of last year. I believe insiders took a large chunk of this share offering. No wonder they are not keen to let go at this low offer price. If you own stock in BPL you should do likewise.
