Since there is really no news on Vivus i thought I would start a contest. All are welcome including our lovable shorts. This is the question: Assuming that the following goals are reached by Vivus:

1)Domestic partner announced and script numbers show a sustained increase.

2)Vivus beats Q3 estimates of .09

3)Q4 earnings are in the mid 20 cent range.

What will be Vivus' stock price the day after the Q4 earnings in January?

Winner gets a gift certificate to Boston Chicken. If MIKE is willing to wait you can join him for the meal.

I agree, I think they are meaningless too. When suddenly 145 were done it caught my attention. But there are not enough supporting calls to matter.
