Well, if that twisting and stretching is part of the problem, and it sure as hell could be, you better figure out how not to. I think repetitive motion precisely like that, even without the bag weight, can really screw you up. You don't lean out both sides. There's no balance, no compensations. You need to be a genetically engineered species for that, with super sizers in the right spots.

I don't, obviously, "know" you won't be fine doing it, but..... I've had quasi similar problems, solved by not doing that anymore. Body doesn't like some stuff done 42 million times. Gee.
