Some of you guys/gals still don't get it. Arif owns way more than 50% of this company. Like someone already reported, FAMH management is just tolerating their side kick investors ... and not very well either. Yes! Arif is running this company like a private company because in a manner of speaking it actually IS a private company. Arif doesn't have to answer to the rest of the shareholders because WE are completely insignificant <irrelevent!> in the company's decision making process.

One way to get Arif to leave FAMH is for the value of this company to go to zero. Or have the SEC investigate him. Perhaps the prospect of jail time will cause him to re-evaluate his choke hold on this company.

Yes! SEC investigations and lawsuits are painful and slow, but there may well be a refreshing clear day at the end of that long, troubling and dark tunnel.

I have very little resources, or I would begin the quest for legal action right now. I only wish the SEC would hear the angst of those misled by this man and his management staff - both past and current.
