zax:There are many secondaries trading at 40% below book. IMO Mgmt now have 3 options.

a: To open their credit lines and Buy back 20% of the stock if they think the Company is going to make a big rebound.

b: Appoint a Brokerage House to sell if they know losses are mounting.

c: Be pigheaded and incur more losses.

Based on the years performance, it seems c: is most likely.
