What is stopping TLAB from delaying or calling off the merger? Especially since it learned that CIEN may have lost or delayed a big contract with ATT. If i was a major shareholder in TLAB, I may want to step back and rethink the merger. Are there any break up penalties? The market is starting to price CIEN like there may not be a merger.
