Thanks for the recurring service charge comparison.

I believe the author was referring to the up-front cost for a cable modem, which as you and I know is bundled into the $40/month recurring charge.

In your ADSL implementation, you are paying $200 for the router. That's the real comparison.

I hope your install goes well in two weeks. Be sure to let us know how you make out.
