Dear Mr BMart: Once and for all, as reported by the company in the press release I quoted, they have a significant investment from an indian tribe, that is represented on their board. I don't know if they have any contracts signed for the set up of their bottling plants yet. I suggest you call the CFO since you have his number, and ask him yourself. I really don't know more than what I have read in the releases and heard from Doug Montgomery, who said they are finalizing the LLPs for creating the reservation based bottling plants, the first of which is planned in southern California.

I did try the 877 (toll free) number and got a return call. I asked about the phone situation, and he (Doug) didn't understand why there was no Sausalito listing per information, since he said someone else trying to make a water order had found them through information. In the meantime, he stated that a deal for office space in Sonoma fell through, but a second space has been identified there and they hope to move in in September. For now the company's mailing address is P.O. Box 1978, Sonoma, Ca. 95476.

As I have said before, I like what I DO know, based on my meetings and reading about the company. However, I encourage you to follow up on your questions directly as that's the best way to do your own DD. I don't recommend or not recommend this as an investment. Its fallen alot since I first got interested (much to my chagrin), and I think that if you are interested in it, you should be careful since there isn't any guarantee it will turn around anytime soon. IMO, it will, but not until we see more news, some financials, and - as I think I understand your current concern to be - some signed contracts and plants in operation on reservations rather than their current co-bottling approach.

I hope this answers your question.

Good investing.

Really can't help you out more than this, as I said, for detailed information, I suggest you call yourself, as you can get the specific information you're seeking that way.
