TJG,

Today is August 14. SInce all quarterly reports are due on Aug 15, which is a Saturday, I assume that companies have until Monday to comply.

This quarterly report from BICO should be significant as it will give a clear idea of the company's cash position.

The last quarterly report, if I remember correctly, showed that BICO had raised $5 million by diluting shareholder value but had spent $6 million.
