Jon, When I talk to people about USA Technologies I can never explain the joint venture with MBE! How does it work? Do they own shares of USTT? I know how we benefit but how do they benefit from the relationship? Tom

Nice to have you on this board. George has always been good about communicating but it has to be getting more difficult for him to answer all the calls. Has I.B.M. begun the work yet? When you sent out the press release on the agreement with I.B.M. it would have been nice if you could have used there web site address so the search engines looking for I.B.M. could have picked up the news. Might be something you could possibly do in the future. It happened for the mbe site and also us office.It could possibly bring in more investors! We need help accumulating all the shares its been necessary to issue through the R&D stage. Is there been any further information on the lawsuit. Has alphanet responded? When will 2nd Quarter financials be released? Do you have the read on the avg. Sales on a business center for a month? It would be nice to have the "Coming Soon" updated more often. Thanks for coming on line!

To Jon and all shareholders, I just received my USTT video and the future looks bright! The trans-act device allows for small purchases with only a dollar service charge. Potential uses for the device would be places of high volume with no time to count change. Examples: bus and train terminals, taxi cabs, maybe even toll roads! Jon, One concern of mine after watching the video is American Film Technologies! Does Mr. Jensen have any relationship at all with this company anymore? He mentioned about how he took this .70 cent company an developed it into a $14 powerhouse. I just checked its stock price an it is trading at .027 cents and in chapter 11. Did this stock bomb because he left or was it already on its way out? Tom

MBE Business Express at Delray Beach Marriott The Delray Beach Marriott is the most upscale hotel in the Delray Beach Area. The Business Express is located in an office next to the hotels business office. The hotel manager on duty told me that most of the guest usage comes from business travelers and the Business Express is busy from Sunday to Thursday evening. The computer gives the user a choice of on line providers. I decided to sign on to my AOL account and check my e-mail. The computer usage charge at this location is $.25 per minute with a $5.00 minimum usage. The copier charge is $.25 per copy. I believe that we will see a dramatic increase in locations soon. USTT is fulfilling a need of the business traveler, and many more upscale hotels will soon be adding this amenity to their entire chain.
