Mr. tonto,
You make one very critical mistake, what you are proclaiming to be the actions of the company, is no more than the testimony of Mr. Zapara.
The point in bringing it up was to disclose the information , second hand, of Zapara's testimony. There seems to be not a shred of evidence to it's validity.
When performing diligence Mr. tonto, do not 'assume' anything. That is my suggestion to you.
