This has little to do with IDCN and a lot to do with CMI and CMI's CEO, Serge Talon. CMI has been trading for approximately 2 years. During the first year, the stock traded in a range of approximately $12-$18. Mr. Talon took over as CEO in September 1997 and the stock continued a climb to approx $20 through October. Starting in November, it started a continual decline to under $2.00 ps and then bounced (spiked) to over $3.00 on the announcement of the IDCN buyout (August 12th). After the bounce, it has settled down at today's close of 1 5/8.

Simple chart reading, but it raises the question whether this announcement was intended as a strategic move for CMI (that didn't work too well). IDCN may or may not of wanted the announcement and remember, were not the one's who made it. Just MHO and food for thought. Real long on IDCN with fingers crossed.
