Kirk, I would agree with you except for the unfortunate fact that Russia has enough nukes to pretty much wipe life as we know it in America off the planet. If Russia falls into anarchy or loses command and control of their nukes or returns to a hostile authoritarian government this would cause a terrible instability in the world and a lot of the so called peace dividend and benefits from global capitalism could be threatened. That makes this an urgent issue regardless of their stock market Marc
