>>>...why not brief us as to whether there is an update this week<<<

Cheap SOB, call and find out for yourself! :)

I called, it takes him a few minutes to get to AWLT, but it is talked about under his "highlights" section...

outside of that you will have to spend your own $ to see what exactly he says.

Araldica Lacking Licenses
To Sell Wine Legally?

President Convicted of 13 Felonies;
Served Prison Time For Fraud

The continuing investigation by Wine Investment News indicates that
Araldica does not seem to have had a license to sell wine legally during most if not all of the company's existence, may not currently have such a license, and further that company President Frank J. Landi, Sr., was convicted of fraud in 1983 in connection with a company called Com/Link and served almost five years in Federal prison.

Araldica and its president Frank J. Landi were contacted and faxed requests for comment on this article numerous times and received no reply. Because of the difficulty in contacting the company and Landi, WIN faxed a draft of this article to Landi at Araldica on August 13 inviting him to provide his comments for inclusion. We received no reply.

Slim, I was able to get through to Bob's recording. He does suggest that AWLT is a strong company and a bargain at these prices. He did state that he was buying at ~9 cents on Friday. Also mentioned that a consultant (or # of consultants) had been let go by Araldica and were paid in stock which they were probably selling off.
I wonder if it is the same individual referenced in Frank Landi Sr's response to Lewis, >>The disclosures recently made by the Wine Investment News were obviously based upon my confidential full disclosure documents, which I had made available to a certain party that was previously involved with Araldica.<<
Good thing for us that it wasn't a disgruntled Postal employee. But then we are a mail order company. Is that close enough to worry?
Bob also mentioned that some of the Med Diet Club products may start showing up on "supermarket" shelves.
