As far as the lawsuit goes if there was fraud you'll only get pennies. Why not wait before you actually know something before persueing it. So I repeat the lawsuit is nothing but stupidity at this point and the mm's and bashers love the fact that your fools enough to go for it. Major Tom

"panic has killed the company" sorry but shareholder panic does not kill a company, shareholder faith lackthereof does. MTEI brought this on themselves, not the shareholders. I tried to help with this company by calling/faxing questions that shareholders wanted answers for. Jack Usleton does and did not feel he owes the shareholders a thing or a clarification PR would have been released a long time ago. He got played by people (?) that understand the market better then he or his son does. LH
