What are you smokin', man? As usual, your facts are in error. Reagan, not Bush, changed the China launch policy. Under both, they granted several launch waivers after review by DoD.

Your boy, Clinton, changed that by transferring launch waivers to the Commerce Department (i.e., Ron Brown). A failed Loral launch resulted in sensitive technology being obtained by the Chinese, against the laws of the US. That was being investigated when your boy approved another Loral waiver against the advice of both DoD and Justice Department. His largest donor just happened to be the chairman of Loral.

I love how you Clintonistas try to change history every time your boy is under fire for his illegal activities.
