Hey Art, Am I correct in assuming that the fact that
"Over 1.6 million boxes shipped with Actv INSIDE!"

means that revenues could be presumed as "accrued revenue" based on the assumption that the providers of those boxes are obligated to share portions of the BOX generated income with ACTV ?

Doesn't this mean that ACTV revenue is "SOON COME" not withstanding the inevitable fruition of those "non income generating partnerships"

In other words, some revenue now that 1.6 million boxes are in service and lots more revenue contingent upon the solidification of now current partnerships and future unknown (un - announced) partnerships !

$$$$$$$$

I had a very interesting conversation with someone who is in administration at the TCI Dallas, executive offices. She stated that the digital rollout has been going on since the beginning of May and has been very successful so far. The on-hold advertising is for digital TV, there is no mention of our service on it.

I got a hold of customer service who had no knowledge of ACTV or the interactive service. He did state the internet service will be ready by the first quarter of next year. I have been told by a reliable source that ACTV is producing on the average of four (4) live shows a week to friendly customers, with great success.

IMHO, I think we are in for a short term disappointment for a actual roll out date. I also think we will be bought out before we formally hit the air. Again this is only my opinion. The stock is under heavy accumulation at this point and will be until the final deal is cut.

If ACTV can possibly maintain control and not end up being bought out by TCI, FOX or both, we will be sitting on a company that will be worth billions of dollars in 2-3 years. I don't think it will happen, the pressure will be to great to sell, on all levels.
