MT, you are absolutely correct... and who were for the lawsuit the most? Could it have been the bashers? Holy Sh@t, how long will it take all of you to realize that these ramblings and lawsuits play right into the hands of the shorters and bashers? There remains only one reason they are here... To depress the stock price. Why in any mm's right mind would they want to make a market in this stock today? Did anyone ask themselves this question... Why open trading on a Friday, mid-day? What benefit would there be to that? Why no PR from the company? Why some 400K shares traded today? Who in their right mind would buy this stock? Who, more than anyone needs this stock to start trading again? IS it the long individual investors? How about shorters? How about MM's and Broker/Dealers who have sold short into the the 600% rally we had? The joke is on anyone gullible enough to believe that the bashers have your best interest at stake... This might only be investment money to you and I, but to them this is business.... AND this business is only one sided... How pathetic this is... ~Scott
