According to a news report from Dow Jones, inventories at the disk-drive makers are improving, which is good news for Innovex. The company is praised by one analyst (Brad Mook at Schroder & Co.) for keeping costs under control and by another analyst (Abdul Saleh at Donald & Co.) for keeping net margins at 12-13%. The second analyst also noted that Innovex has a new trace suspension assembly product that, due to a lower cost, is considered more attractive than rival Hutchinson Technology's product.
