Beeble.. the "market" as such, doesn't matter to me. You can fish an incomming and outgoing tide equally well. Even the indexes don't always correlate, for example the dramatic difference JPM made Friday to the Dow average versus the S&P. Talking about where the "market" is going is full of drama but not as significant as sectors and individual issues.

I will admit its lots of fun to make dramatic predictions like the Dow will drop to 7400 or on August 20th will begin a 400 point rally... or that Clinton had nothing to do with Lewinsky but is actually covering for Al Gore.
