zax: More time is spent by Investors on the technical finesse of a High tech Company than on other commercial aspects. Let us assume that CS has the very best range of products. Without equally good Market research , Pricing , quality assurance and competent Sales , the full value of those products can never be fully realized. This is a fast moving Industry which requires very prompt Mgmt reactions to the demands of the market place. Judging from the past, many things were missing.!
