To reiterate what you stated, Copaxone is the lone MS drug to have proven thats its efficacy does not deteriorate in time, actually slightly increases. I am not sure how far out their data goes, maybe 2-3 year studies. The BGEN and Chiron beta interferon drugs have been proven to begin to lose effectiveness as soon as a year after therapy begins. Long term, this should help Teva.
