Bill, at the risk of beating a dead horse, I could not agree with you more. Anybody that thinks this merger is not going through AFTER listening to the CC, has got to be on a completely different wave length--pun intended. Mike Birck left no stone unturned: this is happening, period. Gilder's comment on the market's focus of quarter to quarter 'pratfalls' is just about the most spot-on observation I've read. Buy CIEN folks--it's a market giveaway sure as shooting. Mike Doyle
