Chuca, thanks for the information. Remember who holds the most number of shares. Is the Runyon family willing to unduly dilute? I don't think so. Lately we have been hearing a lot of IPM this and IPM that, but IPM management never had a very large stock position. The incentives are different when very long. Have you heard anything on the details of the proxy for the Maxam shareholder meeting?

Chuca: That's one million dollars worth of stock, not one million shares, that the company can sell.

IPM is broke and the assholes in management still won't level with us? IMO, they will continue to draw their salaries until ALL the money is gone. One more reason why any deal to resurrect IPM must include crucifying the B of D and management.
