IPTY holding at $2.50 level-update _________________________________________ IPTY- symbol for iParty, a company formed to take advantage of the huge party market, marketed through the internet. It's a $40 billion dollar per year market, one of the founding shareholders is James McCann of 1-800-Flowers. Sam Belzburg, mega Canadian financier is also on the board of directors. They are planning to have their website done in late September, at which point a big U.S promotion will take place.
