If they are restricted shares, the constraint would be one of time, not price. Price is usually associated with options/warrants and convertibles. The mall was financed via a convertible debenture, with a conversion price of $3..Please note this is well north of our current levels and should in no way be viewed as dilutive. Believe me, I am very long this stock but with the history of the BB sector, I am still cautious re: buying more. At these levels, I would think that we would see insider BUYING, especially with Tilton in shock that the price is under a dollar. Any comments? TG
