P.S.- The reason for my nail down phone call was this. He told the SH group that he hasn't taken any salary and I got out of him that IPMf*** OWES HIM $40,000 and then I further got out of this thing of a phone call; that he takes EXPENSE MONIES. Other stuff also. How do I feel. USED. P.P.S.- Al told me 50 K in shares and One Million in something - I assumed shares in looking back - I bet a expense voucher drawn on an IPM bank account that it is ...SHARES. Al H is always consistant. Yellich is also consistant, first thing he said to me in front of my wife and Kid as we waited to meet Eli Constantine in Sept last year; "Hi, I am the new Eli"- and a wicked long pauses as I, then started squirrming for words- He liked watching me squirm- I am now reasonsible for sending two loopholes of bylaws to the lawyers ...now wait and see if the angel I found...makes them. I airborned them out last week- true. Wait and see. P.P.P.S.- Don't ya hate it when a person says- this guy owes me this and that. Two sides to any story. I will not deal with contractors who talk that way of the other customers they have dealings with, and I will not support that line of talk that IPM owes him something. Expense money for temp don't cut it. I will further not put down the competition. As we saw at GPGI last night. UNITY and strenghts are now needed with a Trade Association gear up to start in the future for the survivors. The ones that will deal with this concept are truly leaders.
