Dear Kevin; Regarding the Pharmaceutical case study #1:
1. How can it take 43 weeks to fix 1 plant and only 31 weeks to fix all plants?

2. Anyone care to guess what TAVA's take would be from this company if they get the contract to remediate all 125 plants?

Inventory and Analysis:
Plants 125 Weeks 39 $Cost MM 11.5 TAVA gets 11.5?
Fix:
Weeks 31 $Cost MM 54.8 TAVA gets 54.8?

I think I remember a figure mentioned that remediation would earn TAVA 8 times more than inventory and analysis. This would indicate 5 times more. Surely TAVA can't get $66 million from this one contract, can it? That would be $3/sh over, say 2 years.

really.. but so what. Thanks for the inventory.. but I'm going back to my equipment supplier now. You looked at one of my plants... all my others have the same equipment. What can TAVA fix better than me going back to my OEM?? Thanks for the preliminary survey.. here is your $50,000 on our $$Million dollar deal... thanks for the hype!!! my customers are glad I'm now 2000 compliant!

just a thought.. but if earnings don't show Y2K "contracts" "WON" back months ago... any "core business" or new "master contracts" will have to be valued by the market!

Dear Kevin: Very impressive. Was this emailed to you or did you scan a document and get it on this thread? I am just curious as would like to know how that is done if you scanned it. JDN
