Maybe it's a good sign that today we set a record for the most posts ever on this thread since it's inception on Feb 7th, 1996. Does anyone know the IPO date for Brooks and at what price it was originally offered?

CHECK OUT THE HISTORY ON DANKY, INTU, SUNBEAM, UPR, ETC ETC..opps, sorry for the caps...anyhow, all the above companies had major stock declines (or is currently having them), brks can still get a whole lot cheaper.

someone once told me that the balance sheet does not put the value on a stock, rather the investors do. in general this person was saying, don't fight trends. hence, this stock is in a definite trend downwards.

I hope for the current investors sake that the stock rebounds, but looking at the chart, well, it is not pretty. On a side note, isn't it interesting how Technical Analysis and Fundamental Analysis can give mixed signals??

Best Regards,
