LOL

gut was feeling a bit quezy after the new coverage today. Kind of wish it would have had more of an affect on APCO. Volume continues to be weak. Once it wakes up and breaks that downtrend APCO is gonna run like the wind...

Thread, I noticed more and more people talking about bottom fishing and bargains. I have been looking at a somewhat different approach, only in that these stocks are not small caps but most are larger well known companies, but have been beaten down just like the small caps and appear to be at bargain prices. All have options and most also have LEAPs so they are playable for people with small capital like myself. I should add that these are all geared for a long term hold going in, any large short term gains will be considered a bonus. I should also point out that bottom fishing is a risky business and should be researched carefully. I plan on using the options and LEAPs as a why to make a play on some of these. I will also be posting to this thread more on options and there use as an investment vehicle to perhaps benefit others who are not aware of the many uses of options and also to learn more myself from the positive and negative feedback I hope to receive. With that out of the way here is the list.

CAT
HWP
MER
HOT
BKS
PFT
UNP
BHI
MYG
PPG

I have only just skimmed the surface on these stocks and at first glance I like HOT, PFT and MYG the best.
