Laura, I have never tried that recipe cold...hmmmmm will have to try it...would be like a pasta salad.... As I was growing up, I spent a lot of time at my grandparents house, and my grandfather made a dish with pasta and anchovies...I can't spell the name...only know the Italian pronounciation...but it was delicious...this dish was very common in the region of Italy where they were born...they were from the Adriatic side...and I guess anchovies were plentiful...so...hence the dish....but when I am sauting the anchovies, memories of my childhood come creeping into my kitchen...nice memories...smile....funny how smells can trigger them...when you least expect it.... Well, have a great weekend everyone...I have my nummies tonight...yippeeeee....going out today to buy some new toys for around here...everything I have is too babyish....smile If you guys like recipes....will post some from time to time.....and you guys post some too...especially on the weekends when there is no market activity...I love to try new recipes.....
