Paul, I saw that article and I'm really puzzled. Why does the Xeon work fine in a 2-way system yet have heat problems in a 4-way? That sounds like a simple airflow/cooling fan type problem to me. Why the 4-way problem? The die is getting too hot in a 4-way server but not in a 2-way. This makes no sense.
