Yore, judging from the information posted by Anthony, it certainly appears that unusual circumstances could arise in this transaction...I believe you may be correct that discontent could be festering, perhaps on both sides of the deal.....It is so damn unusual when a seller's stock does not move upward, at least a modest amount...PFE not only didn't move upward, its closing price was the lowest in quite a while...The buyer's stock normally seems to go down after a purchase..
