In reference to Tinker Air Force PDM :

Was mentioned in the fine print of last earnings release.
An earlier Air Force PDM deal was inked in Feb. 1996.

William, Peter Lynch would say you're missing an opportunity in not investing in the field you know best.
Of course there is idea of:
...A prophet is not without honor except in his own home...

As for investing BEFORE anyone can see the light at the end of the tunnel, seems like this just might qualify.
