Nice reasoned analysis James S. I guess you see nothing wrong with what Saul is plotting to do with your investment. He comes into Oilex with big plans then pulls up short of accomplishing anything except his vendetta against Alan Burditt and the Board of Directors. He has turned up so little in the way of wrongdoing on their part that he is now holding his hands out and asking the shareholders to help him. Haven't the shareholders done enough? Saul will have to sell off assets to further build the company. Nothing is accomplished with Saul on a vendetta against past management.
