Thanks for the message.

I spoke with Dell Gibson at some length. I believe him to be sincere. He indicated that while he would like to reveal the exact details of what they are doing, they cannot at this time because of trade secret concerns and pendancy of their current patent application (which apparently has been allowed). Allowance to issuance of the letters patent is typically around 6 months. He agreed to allow my PhD guy (Dr. Watanabe -- see my website www.rosha.com for c.v.) to sit down with Craig Tomlinson -- at a non-confidential level -- but hopefully with sufficient detail to allow a determination of whether they really have something. I am hoping for a meeting next week.

The confidentiality position they are taking does not concern me, and actually indicates they are receiving good counsel. Many times I have counseled clients to do the exact same thing even in the face of strong market pressures seeking full disclosure. It would do none of us any good to see the company lose its proprietary rights in a short-term effort to shore up investor confidence.

Regards, Hunter.
