Roy:

<<Are you guys serious? NOBODY gets any advanced or different information because of the number of shares owned, it's called market efficiency and everyone gets their information at the same time. To suggest anything different is irresponsible.>>

I didn't interpret either Fang Li's post or George's follow up post as meaning that we are entitled to more information based on the number of shares we hold. I certainly didn't mean that. I think all we are saying is that it is our belief that management can be somewhat more forthcoming than they have been. In rereading Fang Li's post, I guess I can see how one can interpret his post in the manner in which you evidently have, but I certainly didn't.

Roy, don't get me wrong. What I meant was that we deserve to be more informed in terms of the direction that the company is heading. My vision to establish a sound FC company is to have products at all developing stages of FC industry. If a small company like Ancor can not afford to do it, it should combine its efforts with some bigger players such as renegotiate some kind of deal with IBM.

What makes me more depressed is that Ancor has given up everything it claimed to be NO. 1 such as adapters and class 1 switches, and end up selling nothing but waste $mill.

I don't want information for selling or buying the stock, what I want is some kind of assurance that the company is in the right direction. By the way, do we see a vision statement in its website? If I suggested anything in my previous post, this was what I want to see.

I invested in Ancor because I used to believe that Ancor was a leader in FC industry. It has developed most FC components such as adapters, connectors and switches. But I am not quite sure any more.

In terms of information to move the market, I am sure that you can beat most of us to death. shorts or longs.

I hope this will clear up a little bit.

Roy,

I am not talking about non-public information. My Intel example, is the case in point. I think Ancor is allowed to legally give out a lot more information than they do. A more specific case in point has to do with using FC in the LAN. At the shareholders meeting, this was a target market. There was no mention of technical difficulties. Why should we have to hear from you on this thread that adapter latency prohibits FC use in the LAN?

Why should we have to learn about an FC/GE router in another company's press release? I think the company is making some advances with their technical briefs on the web site, but let's face it - at this point in time it is time to pull out all the stops.

I am not talking about non-public information, I am talking about useful public information available to investors and potential switch buyers. I think all shareholders are entitled to that whether they own 10 shares or 10,000 shares.
