the news could be about the mice.
it seems to me that if they had a few drinks, by now, they should be feeling the effects/
as to the warrents..i think its great news here and not perceived by all of us threaders.
the company feels the warrents will be redeemed and if so, the stock would have to get to 1.75 and higher before the end of this year.
say we were at two bucks..the warrents would be redeemed at that time frame and the company would pick up some major bucks to the company treasury.
of course one could wait and redeem at higher prices..but, the two bucks and a twenty five ent profit less cost may be tempting to some..
well, back to the mice...

Jonathan

I am not privy to inside information, however I do understand that there is another possible joint venture on the horizon. I also heard that there maybe some coverage in a major publication in reference to the industry and possibly PRLN. In regard to the new exercise price on the warrants, The company must be anticipating a higher price for the common before the warrants expire ( I hope so ).

Jonathan,

Some observations on "News Services".

News services such as the "Dow" and "Reuters" undoubtedly consider themselves the elite of the world's business news. Maybe its justified and maybe it isn't but you very rarely see general news articles about the small "penny stocks" unless something very special or unusual is occurring with the company.

When the "Steet" takes an interest in PRLN and the stock price rises then and probably only then will you see them covering the news.

In the meantime I think we are going to be getting our news from PRNewswire, etc.

Think the company would be much better off if it got picked up by the "Dow" since this is what most brokerage houses seem to be using. The additional exposure couldn't hurt.
