I wasn't sure one way or the other. I always felt that the main reason that the stock was halted was because of that lame press release where they indicated they were going to sue Christensen and others, and then didn't provide any specific numbers or specific share accounting in any subsequent releases. I think that the SEC was just putting them on really formal notice regarding any insider selling that might have occurred due to the non-public disclosure of the lawsuit details. I still think that as a viable entity, they're in really deep cat litter right now. And I do believe that, for all intents and purposes, they're flat broke.
