Richard,

I was pretty much born strange err uh I mean different yes that's it different. Can't speak for Rand. The animals become irrelavent in the larger scheme of things. As long as the good people stick together and continue doing what is right and we ignore them for the nuisance that they are. I still feel that Maxam has the greatest chance of success because I don't know how I feel yet regarding the GPGI talk of production. I just think that things are being done with a narrow focus and the big picture is being lost. Focus must be kept on the tasks at hand with an eye on surrounding events that shape the world around the dirts.

I believe that it is possible that you may be confused because I typically focus on the positive aspects and for the moment I am acting as an antagonist. It is my hope that by momentarily acting as antagonist that the big picture as a whole can be improved upon. I know it is difficult to see right now but it could be that way. I see a problem arising for Maxam and it must be dealt with head on. I do not possess the gift of gab and it is sometimes difficult for me to explain things but I really am here to help. Maxam has my name and number and E-mail. They can contact me any time they wish. Many wish to do us harm as a company and as share holders and I do not wish for that to happen. If there is anything I can do to help make things happen I will.

<< A high stock price and management can piss in your shoe without complaint, low stock price and it's lynching time>>

Precisely correct, Richard. We invest for one reason only, and that is to see the value of our investment increase. If the company enhances shareholder value (i.e. increases the stock price), shareholders are happy. If the company diminishes shareholder value, shareholders will be unhappy and voice their displeasure.

One new thought...One reason why IPM's process wasn't economic was because they had to tailor the leach proces to each individual sample. If it is true that Maxam has to tailor its chemistry to the ore to make the pilot plant work, could the company be walking down the same road? With the stock price at $0.14 and going nowhere despite the company being receipt of leach results, the news on Tuesday or whenever cannot be bullish, IMO.
