If you look at the date of the thread, 1996, and who posts here you will notice that the information is over 2 years old and obsolete.

This is my revised best buy list of mutual funds. The funds listed are the ones that passed all my criteria. The best funds are:

They are no longer on my list because they have performed poorly lately.

As far as international small-caps, I found two funds that are far better than Montgomery:
American Century Int'l Discovery (the best)
Founders Passport (a distant 2nd)
