Just remember, no matter how far a stock is down and how "cheap" it looks, it can always go lower.

Hey, whatever you say David. I like the way that you dodge the issue of declining revenue by launching yet another unwarranted personal attack without bothering to address the real issue. Again, you have chosen to twist the Constitution, and use it as a weapon in this personal attack. It is you who is unfamiliar with Constitiutional law. There is no "truth" litmus test in the Constitution. But that is irrelevent here, there are better threads on which to discuss the Constitution. As far as not understanding business based on your twisting of semantics that's as much a laugh as going long Osicom.

Hello David and all,

It's funny to see things really haven't changed in Osicom land. There are still a few longs out there that have the utmost faith in the company's products, but now there are also more than enough shorts to combat them.

Quick question David:

If Osicom's products are soooo good, why on earth haven't they been bought out for POCKET CHANGE by Cisco or another large networker. This has always been a question mark on Osicom's business. I'm pretty sure that Par and co. don't have the shares to stop a hostile takeover.

Another couple of questions:

When are the Gigamux orders supposed to start rolling in. The company has to be running into another cash crunch in the near- to medium-term without some large Gigamux and/or Net-Arm orders.

Sticking with the cash crunch, why does Osicom have to stoop to floorless convertibles if their products are so good. Large companies should be banging down their door for shares in a secondary offering, right?

Just a few honest questions, from a former long with no current position wondering how this story will play out.
