It is not public available - There's of course a knowledge of who's got shares, their type and quantity - Otherwise the transfer of eg. dividend would not be possible. - Such is neither public available.

I believe that it is the TA Transfer Agents taking care of such, as well as shipping stock certificates if wanted.

Public available holdings are only those disclosed in the company filings. To me it looks as if there's a difference in what is a must in the public available filings and that the difference depends upon which states law the companies are registered.

For insiders there are special filing types on planning to sell shares, sell, exercise a.s.o.

sec.gov has a lot of information - The site is constantly changing - and it does look as if they are listening to what is asked in order to improve the use for the private investor - So do not hesitate to send your comments.

Kind regards
Jens

Forgot this: When some here say that Spencer is selling it's pure speculation - When someone here say that the transfer agent has informed that x# of shares are issued and that they are brought to the market - Then I trust it to be the truth. (As a call to the TA can verify the information) - In that case it is not Spencer selling but the legal-individual "The company".

Kind regards
Jens
