I agree with you Ron 100% in fact there is a lot of bent up demand for higher speeds a lower prices its just a matter of time before large corporations start to reevaluate their comm costs and demand for alternatives to expensive t1's ..

This is more so in the more common distributed D.P environments of today's large branch to mainframe hook ups ..

As far as cable is concerned they still have to make the large leap to digital by then 2 wire will be digital for voice, image and data ...

as the telcos start to loose real money in the long distance arena 2-4- years from now they will look at alternate revenue streams
