Hodess on AMAT If you follow AMAT, you might want to consider the Hodess take on their earnings reported last week. For those of you who do not know it, Brinker respects the Hodess opinion of this sector. "Brett Hodess, analyst at NationsBanc Montgomery Securities in San Francisco, had said investors would be heartened that the negative results fell within the company's predicted range. But he said orders were at the low end of expectations, and he would therefore reduce his revenue estimates by at least $50 million a quarter."
