Some 2,500 wells - about 10 per cent of Daqing's wells - have been flooded. floodwaters have already washed over roads and rail lines connecting Harbin with Daqing, a city of 2.3 million. Weather forecasters predict yet more rain and even higher waters tomorrow. EK SEPT 80 PUTS @ 7/8 <--- This ones up near its 52 week high. If this one dips below 80 it should run down to around 73.
