Knock yourself out... Why don't you ask the SEC if your constant touting of DGIV is 100% legal?

I haven't shorted DGIV and I can't really, because I have publicly made negative comments about the company.

I hope you realize that there is a difference between illegal and unpopular. The main legal requirement is that your broker has to be able to borrow the shares. Perhaps, you are confusing the U.S. with other countries where shorting is illegal. It's a perfectly legal practice here and the main thing the government cares about is making sure the IRS gets its cut.

So, all I can say in conclusion is that I'm keeping my eyes open for non-reporting OTC BB companies that are being hyped here on SI, and whose price has climbed above 5 dollars a share, because that represents an easy short target and profit due to hypesters like yourself.
