Could the MM's be filling their inventory?

At Raving Bull someone called Wendell reminded everyone of the three-day settlement rule. This is a good point: the trading suspension was lifted on Wednesday, so technically MTEI could trade as a pink sheet.

So what if what we were seeing yesterday was in part MMs closing out rather than filling inventory? The suspension hit early in the trading day; they were bound to have been caught with some inventory imbalances that they were unable to do anything about while it was in force. And so yesterday they evened things up and said bye-bye. This would also explain why not all of your orders were filled: one MM after another was bowing out.

Seems plausible. Let's see if there's any trading at all on Monday.
